It is important for me to know what your intentions for yourself/your group as a whole are. To recognize the needs and values of the person/group so that that you are left with the ability to release self-limiting beliefs, empower and develop a deeper understanding of self.

You will learn the two most important components of mindfulness, awareness and self-compassion, along with tools to help you after each session. I offer guidance and support on your journey to self-discovery. By blending the heart-mind connection, we learn to flow from scarcity mind to inner abundance and to energetically live with more ease in us and the world around us. This is where mindfulness meets life.

When I was diagnosed with cancer, it was devastating. Nikki took time with me every day to meditate and focus on healing.
