This is your invitation to rest, breathe and reflect
You'll be gently guided throughout the meditation with quiet spaces in between to rest, breathe and reflect. There is nothing to do and no where to go - simply follow the words when they arise, and sink into the silence when they fade. This is the moment to slow down and meet yourself just as you are. No experience necessary.

You don't need a bath tub to bath in a sound bath experience, just an openness to let your body release and be bathed in the beautiful, calming sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
